Cancellation of your appointment 12-24 hours prior to the scheduled time means that you agree to pay a cancellation fee of £50%. If cancellation occurs within less than 12 hours of your appointment time payment would be requested in full. We reserve the right to invoice you for this amount and expect payment to be made within 14 days, either by direct transfer or at the next appointment.
Telephone/video appointments incur the same charges.
